Hey everyone! I’d love to get something from you while I am on my trek. I always like food I can eat right at the post office, and would be particularly interested in audiotapes. So, friends of mine, record yourself on a tape, and let me know what’s going on in your life, tell me stories from your past, etc. I would appreciate these tapes immensely during the periods in which I am by myself. Please try to fill the whole tape since I will have to carry it with me many miles into the wilderness. In general, please remember that everything I get I will either have to eat at the post office, throw away at the post office, or carry with me. I DO NOT want to carry anything I don’t have to! J

Here is a list of all the resupply stops I will be making on my trek. Addresses are listed. Send all packages via U.S. Postal Service, unless otherwise noted (after the address). Many of the resupply stops that are not post offices charge a handling fee. If you have any questions call (916) 482-0296 and you can ask my family.

Address the package with my name, followed by the address. Below that, in the lower left corner, write, "PLEASE HOLD FOR PCT HIKER", followed by an estimated pick-up date. Mail packages between 2 and 2 and a half weeks before I will be picking them up, but remember to check this web site to see when that will be.  It will change from my itinerary.  Thanks!!
